That’s one of the biker laying whit his girlfriend on the beach. The father corpse is animated by the kids and will average his death. It is located on the same side than the lamp next to the couple.

In a matter of minutes the living corpse will be completely under the sand and it will attack the biker from the side opposite to the lamp.

How come did it get there? The father animated corpse dug a hole and jumped in it or complete cover himself in the sand and move or swim in the sand to turn around the couple to be able to attack from the opposite side of the lamp.
